듀센형 근이영양증

듀센형 근이영양증은 dystrophin 유전자의 돌연변이로 인해 발생하는 유전성 X-연관 질환으로, 근육 세포막 파괴, 세포질 칼슘 채널 활성화 및 근육량 감소를 유발합니다[7]. 오토텍바이오에서 합성한 자가 포식 조절 화합물은 액틴 및 기타 세포 골격의 과도한 분해를 억제하여 듀센형 근이영양증의 잠재적인 치료법으로 근육 손상을 막을 수 있습니다.
